The Centre for Corporate Health

The Centre for Corporate Health (CFCH) specialises in working with organisations to create safety and wellbeing at work. Our expert team of consultant psychologists are focussed on assessing workplace wellbeing, tailoring a range of proactive prevention and early intervention services to enhance both individual and organisational resilience. We started in 1999, with a single office in Sydney, now we are in every capital city across Australia with satellite offices also set up in New Zealand, Asia and the United Kingdom.

Our continuing growth is a result of our client’s confidence in us being able to fully customise and integrate our range of wellbeing services to address the unique psychosocial risk factors they face as an organisation. We cover many industries including legal, financial, professional services, government, the arts, insurance, health, education and not-for-profits, to name a few. Our services are based on evidence-based, best-practice guidelines and research to ensure they are of the highest standard to meet the expectations of the most discerning clientele.

Resilia

Resilia is the product of 14 years of research into workplace wellbeing by one of Australia’s leaders in the field of workplace mental health and psychological injury, the Centre for Corporate Health (CFCH). After acknowledging the complexities of managing workplace psychological injury and recognition of the gap in the market for effective rehabilitation, Resilia was established, as one of a few Rehabilitation Providers, specialising in psychological rehabilitation in Australia. Resilia has grown to be a national provider of recovery services for mental health and psychological injury across many areas including corporate workplace mental health, Workers’ Compensation (NSW, VIC, ACT and NT Comcare nationally), Life Insurance and Compulsory Third Party (CTP).

Our difference includes a commitment to whole-person healing and our ability to offer an easy, transparent and innovative process for employers to ensure injured workers are provided with the emotional security, tools and resources to make a full recovery. By engaging the services of a specialist provider who possesses the necessary skills and expertise and which is undertaken by our team of senior psychologists, recovery and return to work outcomes can be reached sooner and rehabilitation costs reduced.
