April 2025 Presented by Kate Connors, Elemental Coaching and Psychology | Leaders can’t give what they don’t have: Creating a “safe system of work” for leaders With WHS regulators increasing their focus on psychosocial risk, it is important for firms to consider the “safe system of work” they have in place for their leaders, and the benefits this focus will have on culture and enterprise-wide leadership impact. This session will challenges existing thinking and reinforce the need for investment not only in leader wellbeing, but in better understanding the leadership system drivers that contribute to leader wellbeing outcomes.
